;)Singaporean Stir-fried Turnip Cake

Indgredients :

Preserved turnip 80g
Shelled shrimp 15g
Cooked belly pork 115g
Turnip cake 300g
Beaten egg 1 pc
Some chopped garlic & red chilli ring


Seasongings :

1 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
A pinch of pepper


Marinade :
Some salt & a pinch of pepper

Method :

Devein, rinse and wipe dry shelled shrimp. Add in marinade and leave for a while. Rinse and cut preserved turnip into dices. Cut cooked belly pork into small pieces.
Cut turnip cake into small pieces. Heat some oil, saute garlic. Put in the turnip cake and stir-fry until golden. Add in the shrimp, pork & preserved turnip Saute well. Put in seasonings & then dish up. Garnish with some chopped spring onion & serve hot.

星洲炒蘿蔔糕

材 料 :

80 克菜甫
150 克蝦仁
3 兩熟腩肉
1/2 斤蘿蔔糕
1 隻雞蛋液
蔥粒、蒜茸及紅椒圈各少許


調味料 :
1 1/2 湯匙甜醬油
胡椒粉少許

醃 料 :
鹽及胡椒粉各少許

做 法 :

蝦仁剔腸洗淨,抹乾水份,加醃料醃片刻;
菜甫洗淨切小粒;熟腩肉切小件。
蘿蔔糕切成小塊,燒熱適量油,爆香蒜茸,將蘿蔔糕炒至金黃,加入蝦仁,熟腩肉,菜甫炒勻,加入調味料,再加入蛋液,紅椒圈炒勻,灑上蔥花,即可上碟。
