土魷蒸肉餅 - Squid and Pork meat cake

材料:
150 克半肥瘦豬肉 1 隻土魷
4-5粒馬蹄 1 茶匙蒜茸


醃料:
1/2 茶匙鹽 2 茶匙糖
1 茶匙生粉 1 茶匙豉油
1 茶匙紹興酒


做法:
1. 將半肥瘦豬肉洗淨﹐剁碎; 土魷浸至軟身﹐ 切粒; 馬蹄去皮﹐壓碎
2. 把所有材料加醃料拌勻﹐大力以順時針攪透﹐鋪平於碟上, 置雪櫃冷凍30分鐘
3. 置豬肉餅於蒸籠以大火蒸10-15分鐘. 即成


Ingredient:
150 g lean pork 1 pc of squid
4-5 stoned of Ma Tai 1 tsp of chopped garlic


Marinade:
1/2 tsp of salt 2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of flour 1 tsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of Shiu Xing Wine


Cooking Method:
1. Rinse lean pork and minced; Soak squid in water until soft, cut into pieces
2. Peel Ma Tai and minced.
3. Put all ingredients including marinade in a steam plate, set aside in fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Steam for 10-15 minutes and serve.


Mga Sangkap:
150 gramo karne ng baboy 1 pirasong pusit
4-5 pirasong ma-tai 1 kutsaritang ginayat na sibuyas


Pambabad:
1/2 kutsaritang asin 2 kutsaritang asukal
1 kutsaritang gawgaw 1 kutsaritang toyo
1 kutsaritang Shiu Xing na alak


Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Hugasan ang karneng baboy at tadtarin; ibabad ang pusit sa tubig hanggang lumambot at ihiwa
2. Balatan ang Ma tai at tadtarin
3. Ilagay ang lahat ng mga sangkap sa pinasingawan na plato at palamigin sa repridyerator ng 30 minuto
4. Pasingawan ng 10 – 15 minuto at ihain.


Bahan:
150g daging babi 1 ekor cumi kering
4-5 chikai 1 sdt bawang


Bumbu:
1/2 sdt garam 2 sdt gula
1 sdt tepung jagung 1 sdt kecap asin
1 sdt arak shaoxing 1 sdm air


Cara Memasak:
1. Cuci daging babi dan cincang halus; Rendam cumi kering sampai empuk, potong kasar.
2. Kupas chikai lalu cincang kasar.
3. Campur semua bahan dengan bumbu marinet aduk rata tuangkan dlm piring dan simpan dalam lemari es selama 30 menit
4. Tim daging cincang dng api besar selama 10-15 menit
