金菇蟹柳牛肉卷 - Beef Roll with Crab Stick and Enoki Mushroom

材料:
10 片肥牛肉 1 包金菇
適量沙律醬 5 條蟹柳


醃料:
1茶匙生抽 少許鹽
少許胡椒粉


做法:
1. 將牛肉加入醃料醃約10 分鐘
2. 將金菇洗, 淨瀝乾水份; 蟹柳切一半
3. 將少許金菇及一半蟹柳放在一片牛肉上, 然後卷起. 將所有牛肉同樣卷起.
4. 燒熱少許油, 將牛肉卷煎至熟透. 上碟, 伴沙律醬享用.


Ingredient:
10 slices of beef 1 pack of enoki mushroom
some Mayonnaise 5 sticks of crab sticks


Marinade:
1 tsp soy sauce some salt
some pepper


Cooking Method:
1. Marinade beef for 10 minutes
2. Rinse enoki mushroom and dry up; cut crab sticks into half
3. Put some enoki mushroom and 1 pc of crab stick on top of the beef and roll up. Roll up other beef using same procedure.
4. Heat some oil, fry beef roll until cooked. Serve with Mayonnaise


Mga Sangkap:
10 pirasong hiwa ng baka 1 pakete ng enoki mushroom
kaunting mayonnaise 5 piraso stik na alimango (Crab Stick)


Pambabad:
1 kutsaritang toyo kaunting asin
kaunting paminta


Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Ibabad ang baka sa pambabad ng 10 minuto
2. Hugasan ang enoki mushroom; ihiwa ng kalahati ang crab stick.
3. Maglagay nag kaunting enoki mushroom at 1 piraso ng crab stick sa ibabaw ng baka at irolyo it. Gawin muli hanggang maging rolyo ang lahat ng baka.
4. Iprito ang nirolyong baka sa kaunting mantika hanggang maluto. Ihain kasama ng mayonnaise.


Bahan:
10 lembar daging sapi 1 pack jamur lidi
Sedikit Mayonnaise 5 biji Kepiting stik


Bumbu:
1 sdt kecap asin secukupnya garam
secukupnya lada


Cara Memasak:
1. Rendam Daging sapi bumbu selama 10 menit.
2. Cuci jamur lidi, tiriskan; iris kepiting stik separuh.
3. Gelar kulit daging sapi, tambahkan jamur lidi dan 1 kepiting stik dan gulung roll. Bersedia untuk satu lagi daging sapi.
4. Panaskan sedikit minyak, untuk menggoreng sapi roll. Disajikan dan mayonnaise.
