香蒜煮茄子 - Sautee Eggplant

材料:
2條茄子
2茶匙蒜茸
1茶匙薑茸
1湯匙麵豉醬

調味料:
1茶匙生粉 3湯匙清水
1湯匙糖 1/4茶匙鹽

做法:
1. 將茄子去蒂和去皮﹐切成長條﹐用鹽水略洗﹐加入2湯匙生粉拌勻
2. 熱鑊下2湯匙油﹐放入蒜茸﹐薑茸和麵豉醬爆至有香味﹐加入茄子煮之軟身
3. 埋入調味料拌勻﹐ 上碟


Ingredient:
2 pcs of egg plant 2 tsp of garlic
1 tsp of ginger mash 1 tsp of miso sauce


Seasoning:
1 tsp of flour 3 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of sugar 1/2 tsp of salt


Cooking Method:
1. Wash eggplant with salt, peeled and cut into pieces, mix with 2 tbsp of flour
2. Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add in ginger mash, garlic and miso sauce until become thick, add in eggplant and cooked until soft.
3. Mix with seasonings. Serve.


Mga Sangkap:
2 pirasong talong 2 kutsaritang sibuyas
1 kutsaritang tinadtad na luya 1 kutsaritang saus na miso


Panimpla:
1 kutsaritang arina 3 kutsarang tubig
1 kutsarang asukal 1/2 kutsaritang asin


Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Hugasan ang talong, balatan at ihiwa. Haluin ng 2 kutsarang arina
2. Igisa ang luya, sibuyas at miso sauce sa 2 kutsarang mantika hanggang maging malapot, ihalo ang talong, iluto hanggang malambot.
3. Haluin ng panimpla at ihain.


Bahan:
2 bh terong 2 sdt bawang cincang
1 sdt jahe cincang 1 sdm sauce kedelai


Bumbu-Bumbu:
1 sdt tepung jagung 2 sdm air
1 sdm gula 1/2 sdt garam


Cara Memasak:
1. Kupas terong dan potong memanjang, rendan dlm air garam sebentar, cuci dan tiriskan, lau campur dng 2 sdm tepung jagung.
2. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak dlm wajan, tumis jahe, bawang dan saos kedele smp harum, lalu tambahkan terong tumis smp terong layu.
3. Masukkan bumbu dan Disajikan.
